Accessibility Specialist

What you'll work on

• Test complete journeys with keyboard and assistive technologies, not automated scores alone.
• Document barriers with reproducible steps, impact and actionable design or engineering guidance.
• Review forms, document previews, error recovery and reduced-motion behavior.

What you bring

• Practical experience testing and improving digital accessibility.
• Understanding of semantic HTML, focus management, readable content and platform accessibility APIs.
• Ability to work respectfully with varied user needs and communicate findings without claiming certification.

First projects

• Review file-selection, result-download and recruitment form journeys.
• Improve accessible reading and playback interactions with the Android team.

Compensation and engagement

₹70,000 - ₹1,10,000 / month

Ranges are in INR per month, not annual CTC or take-home pay. For full-time employment, the range describes gross monthly base pay; for a paid contract, it describes the monthly fee for the agreed scope. Final compensation stays within the listed range, with hours, deliverables, deductions and engagement terms confirmed in writing before work begins.

Remote within India. This role is available through full-time employment or a paid contract, with the arrangement agreed before starting. Benefits, working hours, equipment and payment schedules depend on the written terms.
