AI Safety & Quality Analyst

What you'll work on

• Create clear rubrics for factual support, privacy, harmful output and appropriate abstention.
• Review representative outputs and document disagreements and recurring failure patterns.
• Turn findings into reproducible test cases and understandable product limitations.

What you bring

• Experience evaluating software, model outputs, technical content or safety-related workflows.
• Strong analytical writing and consistent judgment against documented criteria.
• Ability to handle sensitive examples within an approved scope and avoid unsupported conclusions.

First projects

• Create a grounded-assistance review rubric and synthetic challenge set.
• Establish a repeatable triage process for AI quality and safety regressions.

Compensation and engagement

₹70,000 - ₹1,10,000 / month

Ranges are in INR per month, not annual CTC or take-home pay. For full-time employment, the range describes gross monthly base pay; for a paid contract, it describes the monthly fee for the agreed scope. Final compensation stays within the listed range, with hours, deliverables, deductions and engagement terms confirmed in writing before work begins.

Remote within India. This role is available through full-time employment or a paid contract, with the arrangement agreed before starting. Benefits, working hours, equipment and payment schedules depend on the written terms.
