Data Engineer
Make product and evaluation data dependable from ingestion to reporting. Build traceable pipelines with explicit ownership, quality checks and retention boundaries.

What you'll work on
- Design incremental ingestion, schema evolution and reproducible transformation jobs.
- Add reconciliation, freshness and duplication checks before data reaches downstream consumers.
- Separate public, synthetic and private datasets and document permissions and retention requirements.
What you bring
- Experience building data pipelines with SQL and a general-purpose programming language.
- Understanding of incremental processing, partitioning, retries and data-quality failures.
- Ability to document lineage and protect personal records throughout a pipeline.
First projects
- Create consistent operational data contracts for product reporting.
- Add quality and provenance checks to authorized AI evaluation datasets.

Compensation and engagement
₹90,000 - ₹1,40,000 / month
Ranges are in INR per month, not annual CTC or take-home pay. For full-time employment, the range describes gross monthly base pay; for a paid contract, it describes the monthly fee for the agreed scope. Final compensation stays within the listed range, with hours, deliverables, deductions and engagement terms confirmed in writing before work begins.
Remote within India. This role is available through full-time employment or a paid contract, with the arrangement agreed before starting. Benefits, working hours, equipment and payment schedules depend on the written terms.
