IT Staffing Account Manager
Coordinate IT hiring engagements with client companies. Translate approved staffing needs into clear delivery expectations and maintain accountable communication through the hiring process.

What you'll work on
- Document client role requirements, engagement scope and agreed recruitment milestones.
- Coordinate recruiter and technical-reviewer handoffs and keep clients informed of evidence-based progress.
- Maintain accurate commercial and candidate-sharing boundaries; obtain approval before making commitments.
What you bring
- Experience in IT staffing, recruitment accounts or a related B2B service role.
- Ability to distinguish employment, contract and staffing requirements and escalate unclear terms.
- Clear client communication and careful handling of candidate consent and confidential requirements.
First projects
- Develop a consistent intake and delivery checklist for IT hiring clients.
- Improve client status reporting without exposing unrelated candidate records.

Compensation and engagement
₹80,000 - ₹1,25,000 / month
Ranges are in INR per month, not annual CTC or take-home pay. For full-time employment, the range describes gross monthly base pay; for a paid contract, it describes the monthly fee for the agreed scope. Final compensation stays within the listed range, with hours, deliverables, deductions and engagement terms confirmed in writing before work begins.
Remote within India. This role is available through full-time employment or a paid contract, with the arrangement agreed before starting. Benefits, working hours, equipment and payment schedules depend on the written terms.
