Site Reliability Engineer

What you'll work on

• Define service-level indicators and actionable alerts rather than collecting unnecessary private data.
• Investigate resource limits, slow dependencies and intermittent failures with reproducible evidence.
• Run recovery exercises and improve incident communication, runbooks and post-incident follow-ups.

What you bring

• Experience operating production web services and diagnosing Linux, network or database problems.
• Ability to automate checks and reason about latency, availability and capacity.
• A careful approach to access, changes and recovery; any support rotation is agreed in writing.

First projects

• Establish availability and recovery checks for the public product network.
• Reduce noisy alerts and document safe responses to conversion-service and hosting incidents.

Compensation and engagement

₹95,000 - ₹1,40,000 / month

Ranges are in INR per month, not annual CTC or take-home pay. For full-time employment, the range describes gross monthly base pay; for a paid contract, it describes the monthly fee for the agreed scope. Final compensation stays within the listed range, with hours, deliverables, deductions and engagement terms confirmed in writing before work begins.

Remote within India. This role is available through full-time employment or a paid contract, with the arrangement agreed before starting. Benefits, working hours, equipment and payment schedules depend on the written terms.
