What you'll work on

- Work with hiring teams on relevant review criteria and accessible, consistent recruitment steps.
What you bring
- Experience coordinating recruitment or evaluating candidates against documented job requirements.
- Ability to discuss common software roles and identify when a technical reviewer is needed.
- Careful handling of candidate records and a commitment to job-related, consistent evaluation.
First projects
- Organize the expanded company role pipeline and recruiter-review handoffs.
- Create clear client-requirement and candidate-consent checklists for staffing work.

Compensation and engagement
₹60,000 - ₹95,000 / month
Ranges are in INR per month, not annual CTC or take-home pay. For full-time employment, the range describes gross monthly base pay; for a paid contract, it describes the monthly fee for the agreed scope. Final compensation stays within the listed range, with hours, deliverables, deductions and engagement terms confirmed in writing before work begins.
Remote within India. This role is available through full-time employment or a paid contract, with the arrangement agreed before starting. Benefits, working hours, equipment and payment schedules depend on the written terms.
