What you'll work on
- Create task-based guides, API explanations and recovery instructions with verified examples.
- Work with engineers to document file handling, limits and version-specific behavior.
- Maintain documentation alongside releases and remove stale or unsupported claims.
What you bring
- Examples of clear technical documentation or instructional content.
- Ability to run a sample workflow and ask precise questions about missing details.
- Good editorial judgment about audience, terminology, accessibility and uncertainty.
First projects
- Improve conversion troubleshooting and supported-format documentation.
- Create integration and recovery guides for the business-document products.

Compensation and engagement
₹60,000 - ₹95,000 / month
Ranges are in INR per month, not annual CTC or take-home pay. For full-time employment, the range describes gross monthly base pay; for a paid contract, it describes the monthly fee for the agreed scope. Final compensation stays within the listed range, with hours, deliverables, deductions and engagement terms confirmed in writing before work begins.
Remote within India. This role is available through full-time employment or a paid contract, with the arrangement agreed before starting. Benefits, working hours, equipment and payment schedules depend on the written terms.
